Friday Check-In! 8/31/12
Weight: 185.6lbs
Weight Lost: 0.2 lbs (Okay seriously??) I know I’m creating a calorie deficit. SO WHAT THE HECK DUDE?! And I’m eating pretty clean! The ONLY thing I can think is maybe too much sugar.
Progress with goals:
1) Stay within calorie goals for each day.
*Went over one night by about 200 cuz I had 3 mini brownies at a friends bday. Shoulda stopped at one…
2) Friday night is cheat night, but Saturday and Sunday are tracking days!! (2 days/weekend x 4 weekends = 8 days! That’s 1/4 of the month!)
*Tonight is not a cheat night, going to the fair Sunday so I’ll probably have a treat(or not so healthy food) there.
3) Friday is rest day, but try to incorporate at least a run/walk on Saturday & Sunday. And/or Crossfit!
*C25K tonight, and tomorrow, and trying to go a bike ride tomorrow. Sunday will be at the fair, and walking around all day. I’m off work Monday(Yay Labor Day) so I’ll be doing my full run 2 miles then!
4)Weigh-in and pics every Friday AM.

5) Start doing Crossfit consistently.
*Ugh. DID NOT MAKE TIME FOR CROSSFIT. But I’m thinking my workouts are lacking intensity, so I’m going to be making some changes.
6) Mon/Weds - Zumba and Mon - Abs, Weds - Kickboxing.
*Ended up doing Zumba/Abs on Monday, and then Zumba/Cardio Weds. Skipped kickboxing cuz I tweaked my knee. >:(
7) Make smarter choices when going out to eat.
*Went out to eat once this week, for a friends bday, and got a chicken taco salad. It was mostly chicken and lettuce, with some rice and cheese.
8) Lose 7 lbs by end of month. August 31st = 182lbs! 45lbs down!
*Lost 0.2 lbs this week. WHY not more?!
9) Do C25K every week (Tues/Thurs/Sat-Sun) Goal to be able to run entire 2 mile loop by Sept 1st!
*Didn’t have time this week to do C25K, but I’m doing it Fri/Sat/Mon. I will run the loop MONDAY!!!!
