undressedskeleton: I’m a coffee lover, obsessor, and couldn’t go a day without it. I’ve tried to quit plenty of times but I always fail. It’s not necessarily the feeling of caffeine but its the taste and the warmth. I have coffee in the morning, in the afternoon and after dinner. After dinner I usually drink… I LOVE biscotti! So my amount of calories I need to eat, based on my livestrong app, is pretty low. I have it set to sedentary, because I sit behind a desk all day, and I’m short too. It tells me to eat around 1,000 cals a day. Of course I add my workouts, so my gross cals ends up around 1500-2000 depending on my workout, and I keep the net cals around the 1,000 they suggest.
